Just Good Work App Branding and Website Design
We designed a brand family for the mobile app Just Good work; a platform that makes the process of finding work abroad secure for people across the world.
We rolled out a new website, marketing materials and social media campaigns for both the consumer facing and corporate facing brands; Just Good Work and Kordus.
Each year thousands of migrant workers from across the world leave their home countries in search of better employment opportunities abroad. While some success stories do exist, many times those who are more vulnerable are exploited and even subjected to modern day slavery conditions and abuse by employers.
Just Good work enables workers to make a success of every stage of their employment journey as they seek work abroad. A dynamic communication, education and engagement tool, demonstrating a pro-active approach to preventing and tackling worker exploitation risks across supply chains.
As Just Good Work was looking to expand and launch a big marketing campaign in 2021, I worked with them to re-brand the app, give it a fresh new look and design supporting marketing and web materials.
We worked with a team of 5 based in the United Kingdom, incorporating feedback from across the team on the key values, personality and ambitions of Just Good Work to create a confident, optimistic brand identity that sets itself apart from others within the worker engagement platform space.
We proceeded to roll out the new Just Good Work brand to create a new website and range of digital and print materials for multiple audiences in over 10 languages, taking into account the cultural sensitivities and small variations associated with marketing to distinct cultures as well as to a broader international client base.
At every stage in the process, we presented a generous range of concepts and were consistently adaptive to the complex and evolving needs of the product and clients Just Good Work is serving.
“At every stage in the process, Big Little Fish presented a generous range of concepts and was consistently adaptive to the complex and evolving needs of the product and clients we are serving. As well as adapting to our needs, they were confident in pushing back in some areas to protect the integrity of the design and brand identity.”
